YTMONSTER - SUPPORTING GRAPHICS

YTMonster is the leading exchange platform for YouTube. Widen your audience, optimize your content and much more!

Goal:

The goal of this project was to finish up the visual identity started by another designer, as well as to create supporting graphics for the brand. Starting with the logo, which was created by another designer, my job was to make sure it's fully functional - easily scalable, has proper safe zones, and so on.

Color Palette:

The monochromatic color palette seemed ideal considering the fact that the established logomark already had a gradient applied to it.

Using that gradient, multiple shades of green were extracted and made into a primary color palette. The secondary pallets were made for dark and light website themes. The color pallets for website themes had a couple of colors added, such as background colors, link colors, notification colors, etc.

Iconography:

I worked on a custom set of icons, mostly for website use. Prior to that, the icons used were different, both in style and dimensions, so an overhaul was a must.

Illustrations:

Various illustrations were made for this project. (1) Tutorial illustrations; one illustration for each step of the tutorial. (2) Rank illustrations, four medals in total. Bronze, silver, gold, and diamond. (3) Four mascot illustrations, but each in a different style - flat, gradient, cartoony, and esports. The purpose of these four illustrations was to show customers different styles of graphics purchasable from the store on the website.
